For Fallout 4 on the PlayStation 4, a GameFAQs message board topic titled 'Anything missable in Vault 111 before I leave?' Vault 113: Maybe the experiment could have been to see how people react to being sealed in an enclosed area with no source of power (or, at minimum, no electronic light sources). Maybe combined with people with a phobia of the dark, or vice-versa (perhaps to a lesser extent in the reverse - just an aversion to light). The quest Unlikely Valentine will lead you there, in pursuit of a private detective that could help you. The vault is being used by the Italian mafia. Vault 81 Vault 81 is the only one that’s still functional – as in, being used by actual vault.

Vault 113 is one of the Vault-Tec CorporationVaults which was due to appear in Fallout 4. The Vault's original purpose in the Vault Experiment is unknown.

Appearances

Vault 113 was referenced in the game files of Fallout 4 in the form of an unused texture[1]. Also a piece of concept art found in The Art of Fallout 4 also depicts a male wearing a vault 113 jumpsuit.
